We want your visit to Litomy\u0161l to be filled with only good experiences. So, bring your worries to us. All the organizers, recognizable by their uniform of a tie or scarf in the festival\u2019s colors, are prepared to advise and help you with anything.

During the entire course of the festival, there are willing assistants \u2013 who are capable of solving just about any problem \u2013 waiting in the office of Smetana\u2019s Litomy\u0161l, o.p.s., which is located above the entryway to the castle grounds. For example, they have even managed to arrange for a shoe store to make an exception and open its doors in the evening so that a guest could buy extra shoes to replace the ones his \u201cwife forgot to pack him.\u201d
