A Mass of Thanksgiving with Prof. Tomáš Halík as the traditional spiritual culmination of the festival year.
The work of J. V. Voříšek, a composer born in nearby Vamberk, whose 200th death anniversary we commemorate this year, will be performed by the Czech Chamber Philharmonic Pardubice and the Czech Academic Choir. The Mass will also be accompanied by Gregorian chants and psalms performed by the renowned ensemble Schola Gregoriana Pragensis.
