Extraordinary international project Opera Europa for 200. anniversary of the birth of Bedřich Smetana. A chamber version of a comic opera through the eyes and by young artists under 35, winners of an international competition in which 46 production teams from 18 countries participated
Due to the golden color of the laminate material that dominates the room’s design – which includes a “tunable” ceiling – the castle’s riding hall has been given the nickname “the Amber Chamber.”

Where will I sit?
This programme uses the Castle Riding Hall in an atypical arrangement. The modern stage design of the opera almost eliminates the distinction between the auditorium and the stage. Therefore, the capacity of the space is very limited.
