Health Disabilities ZTP and ZTP/P
With the exception of evenings at Nové Hrady, there is a 50% discount given to holders of health disability cards – the ZTP card for severe health disabilities and the ZTP/P card for severe health disabilities needing a caregiver, including the caregiver. At the château in Nové Hrady, the program takes place in various areas around the grounds, with visitors moving along garden paths under conditions of low visibility – and, if the weather is bad, it’s even necessary to walk up to the third floor of the granary. Thus, the visit is quite challenging physically, and it’s not recommended for people with health limitations.
Other discounts
For certain performances, a discount is provided to children under 15 and to students; these are clearly labeled in the program. Similarly, discounts linked to various advantage and payment cards are only given for certain labeled performances. These cardholders may only purchase discounted tickets for themselves, and they must prove they’re entitled to the discount by showing the valid card with their name plus proof of ID.
It isn’t necessary to provide proof of entitlement to the discount when purchasing the tickets, only upon entry to the performance venue. It’s not possible to combine discounts.
