purchasing online
The most convenient way to purchase tickets is by doing so here online at our website. After selecting a performance, you’ll be shown an auditorium plan with seating sections color-coded according to ticket price. When you click on your preferred section, a plan will be displayed indicating the actual seat numbers, and you can select from the seats that are still available. Clicking on the seats puts them in your “shopping cart”. It’s not absolutely necessary to create a user account to order, although we strongly recommend doing so. If you do, it’s possible to return to the tickets saved in your account at any time and possibly supplement them with further services. You can pay for tickets with a credit card or bank transfer and have them sent electronically to your email account, or you can pay a shipping fee and have printed tickets sent to you by mail. It’s not necessary to print electronic tickets; when entering a Festival performance venue, you can just show your phone with the ticket’s QR code. Keep your QR code safe, so that no one can photograph or in any way copy it. When checking tickets, we cannot verify that the ticket’s QR code truly belongs to the person presenting it; the first person who shows a specific QR code will be admitted to the venue.

It’s possible to purchase tickets in person at the advance sales office of the Smetana’s Litomyšl Festival Center (Litomyšl, Jiráskova 133) or at other sales points.
reserving tickets
You may book your tikets in advance and purchase it in person within three calendar days at one of the sales points. Tickets must be purchased at least 60 minutes prior to the concert starts. Tickets can be booked in call centre at +420 461 049 232, online on this website or at one of the sales points. It is possible to book tickets at least 24 hours prior to the show.
ordering tickets
Similarly, you can order tickets by telephone at +420 461 049 232 and choose from the options of paying by deposit invoice or remotely by credit card and then having the tickets sent by post or by email. There will be a delivery fee calculated into the total price of the tickets if they will sent by mail. Tickets can be sent by mail at the latest three days before the performance will take place.
group orders and tickets for people in wheelchairs
It’s possible to advance purchase a maximum of 10 tickets to one performance. It’s possible to make group orders, orders made using an agency, and orders of tickets for people in wheelchairs plus their escort with a worker at the advance sales office of Smetana’s Litomyšl: tel. +420 602 457 338, tickets@smetanovalitomysl.cz.
Any remaining tickets will be on sale at the performance venue starting 60 minutes before the program begins.
