Have you lost your glasses? Found a telephone? Did you forget your formal shoes at home? Did you find a run in your stockings? We won’t leave you stranded!
We want your visit to Litomyšl to be filled with only good experiences. So, bring your worries to us. All the organizers, recognizable by their uniform of a tie or scarf in the festival’s colors, are prepared to advise and help you with anything.

During the entire course of the festival, there are willing assistants – who are capable of solving just about any problem – waiting in the office of Smetana’s Litomyšl, o.p.s., which is located above the entryway to the castle grounds. For example, they have even managed to arrange for a shoe store to make an exception and open its doors in the evening so that a guest could buy extra shoes to replace the ones his “wife forgot to pack him.”
